Events

Students from Maharishi Vedvyas Gurukul VidyaPeeth are encouraged to participate in many events throughout the year. Participation is within the big programmes of Vishwa Jagriti Mission at various ashrams and also at other institutes and organisations.

(1) Events and programmes organised by Sanskrit Academy, Delhi which are
      inter zonal and inter regional . Students have been participating and
      winning many prizes.

(2) Nukkad Natak Competitions organised by Sanskrit Academy, Delhi

(3) Delhi Doordarshan news has many times recorded Mantras, programmes
      by Gurukul students which are telecast by the channel at 6.30 pm
      on Wednesday and 9.30 pm on Saturday.

(4) Zonal, state and National championships of Martial arts, where students have won many prizes.

(5) Singing and participating in music competitions where students show their skills.

(6) Students performance at satsangs organised by Vishwa Jagriti Mission.Melodious bhajan singing and mantra ucharan
      by students.

(7) Stage performances by students on social issues.

(8) Skillful performance by gurukul band and Shankh Dhwani

(9) Students participation in organising Ganesh Lakshmi Yagya and Shivratri Pujan.

(10) Senior students are invited to perform at various religious festivals at Anand Dham Ashram and outside the Ashram
      premises too.

(11) Performance by students on Basant Panchami and Saraswati pujan

(12) Proficient performance at Yoga sessions and Yogic exercises.
